Donations to this fund are restricted for the purpose of supporting the BIA Hawaii Pre‑Apprenticeship Construction Training Program (PACT), managed under the Hawaii Business & Industry Foundation (HBIF). No portion of this award may be used for any purpose outside this designated program.
