Join us for a special morning of inspiration and connection at our PWB Ladies Tea & Talk Story!
Our featured guest speaker is Kaʻiulani Sodaro, Senior Vice President of Planning & Development for the Howard Hughes Corporation. Kaʻiulani will share insights from her extensive career in real estate development, community engagement, and leadership — offering a candid look at building vibrant communities and advancing professional growth in Hawaiʻi.
As part of the program, Kaʻiulani will also present a $15,000 donation to the Hawaiʻi Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council on behalf of Ward Village, following its recent topping-off celebration for The Park Ward Village project.

About the Kai'iulani Sodaro:
Kaʻiulani Sodaro is the Senior Vice President of Planning & Development for the Howard Hughes Corporation, leading strategic planning, regulatory coordination, infrastructure development, and community engagement at Ward Village. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, Kaʻiulani has overseen projects ranging from new town communities to multimillion-dollar resort renovations. Born and raised in Honolulu, she is a graduate of Punahou School, holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and earned her Master of Planning from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and actively serves on several community boards across Hawaiʻi.
