Seasoned and novice realtors will benefit from this workshop taught by licensed general contractors.
Participants will learn:
1. The difference between types of builders
2. What is basic building construction. How to identify trouble areas and who to call.
3. Learn about accessory dwelling units (ADU)
4. Permitting basics
This workshop counts for four (4) continuing education credits (Registered with the DCCA Real Estate Commission for the 2020-2022 biennium), approved provider - BIA Hawaii
