It’s critical that employees understand the risks of the hazardous materials they work with. These risks can be reduced and even eliminated through the use of appropriate preparation techniques. These techniques, coupled with a proper understanding of emergency response techniques and how to work with Emergency Responders can limit the negative impact of a hazmat incident. This class will introduce attendees to the 2024 ERG, GHS compliant Safety Data Sheets, HAZMAT terminology, proper selection and use of PPE and various Apps. Combining everything mentioned above so that you can train your employees or clients and develop your own site specific safety protocols for your organization.
