This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to train employees or clients on how to respond effectively when emergencies occur.\n\n\n\nParticipants will gain a clear understanding of the risks associated with hazardous materials\, and how these risks can be minimized or even eliminated through proper planning and preparation. The training emphasizes the importance of recognizing hazards\, using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately\, and working in coordination with Emergency Responders to mitigate potential harm.\n\n\n\nThis course covers:\n\n	The Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG)\n	Globally Harmonized System (GHS)-compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS)\n	HAZMAT terminology\n	PPE selection and usage\n	Digital tools and apps for emergency response\n\n\n\nBy the end of the course\, attendees will be prepared to train others and develop site-specific safety protocols tailored to their organization.
