About the Speaker:
Danushka Nanayakkara-Skillington leads NAHB’s Forecasting & Analysis division, overseeing housing market analysis, industry surveys, and national, regional, and remodeling expenditure forecasts. Her background includes serving as NAHB’s Senior Economist and as a Senior Economic Analyst in the automotive sector at J.D. Power. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Otterbein University and an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
