What Is OSHA 10 Training?
OSHA 10-hour training provides entry-level workers in construction and general industry with essential workplace safety knowledge. This course covers major workplace hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and the process for filing OSHA complaints.
Upon successful completion, you’ll earn an official OSHA 10 card from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)—a common employment requirement in construction and other industries.
Who Needs OSHA 10 Training?
OSHA 10-hour training is ideal for entry-level workers in construction and general industry. While voluntary, many employers require an OSHA 10 card before hiring. Certain states and local jurisdictions also mandate this training.
