March 1 – April 15: $1,825 (Members) | $2,825 (Non-Members)
April 16 – June 30: $2,350 (Members) | $3,350 (Non-Members)
July 1 – July 5: $2,900 (Members) | $3,900 (Non-Members)

10x10 Corner Booth

March 1 – April 15: $2,025 (Members) | $3,225 (Non-Members)
April 16 – June 30: $2,550 (Members) | $3,750 (Non-Members)
July 1 – July 5: $3,100 (Members) | $4,300 (Non-Members)

Discounts

5% off for booking two or more booths
Discounted rates for BIA members (already reflected in booth rates)

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of booking
All payments must be received by July 5, 2025

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations before July 15, 2025, will be refunded minus a $500 fee
No refunds will be offered after July 15, 2025
