DESCRIPTION:This 8 hour course covers the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 385-1-1 requirements for the development and use of Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) as part of a Contractors Risk Management Process. The Risk Management Process is a business process that includes the identification\, assesment\, and prioritization of risks\, followed by coordinated and economical application or resources to minimize\, monitor\, and control the probablility and/or impact of unfortunate events to an acceptable level.
